Meet The Staff

  • Rick Lovall
    President/Director

     Rick Lovall became the Stewardship Director in 2023 after serving as the assistant director since 2019. He also serves as the president of the Church Loan Fund, the United Pentecostal Foundation, and United Insurance Solutions, Inc. He also serves on the board of United Pentecostal Properties, LLC. As an ordained minister, he previously pastored for nine years. He has a degree in Banking from the Barret School of Banking at Christian Brothers University, as well as over 15 years of experience in banking and commercial lending. He and his wife, Kelby, have two sons, Easton and Parker.

  • Kelly Middleton
    Client Relations

     Kelly Middleton joined The Stewardship Group in May 2023 as administrator of the United Pentecostal Foundation. Kelly’s service within the United Pentecostal Church International began in 2014 to coordinate the publishing process for Pentecostal Life, the UPCI’s official publication. In 2022, Kelly worked with Ladies Ministries to establish the UPCI Widows Ministry and currently serves as its director. Kelly worked in the insurance industry until 2001 when she and her late husband, Tom, established and operated a successful calibration business until his passing in 2019. Kelly obtained her MBA from Williams Woods University in 2007.
